How we process the data you share when you contact us or use brinoko industries SRL.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is BRINOKO INDUSTRIES S.R.L., tax ID 41270567, registered with Oficiul Registrului Comerțului de pe lângă Tribunalul Ialomița under EUID ROONRC.J2019001789168, based in Ialomița County, Romania.

2. What we collect and why

We only collect data you voluntarily submit through the contact form (name, email, phone, company, message) or in direct email/phone communication. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide relevant commercial proposals.

3. Legal basis

We process data on the basis of your consent (contact form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (direct communication).

4. Retention

Data linked to a request is kept for the time needed to process the request and for a reasonable period afterwards, to provide technical and commercial support. We delete it on request.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. To exercise any right, email us at office@brinoko.ro.

6. Sub-processors

For email delivery we use specialised providers (e.g. Resend). For hosting we use Vercel. These providers process data strictly on our behalf and under GDPR-compliant agreements.
